Nijada Rental Car FAQs

You must:

• Contact local authorities and file a police report (if required)
• Get the information of the Driver*name, phone, address, driver’s license, their insurance and auto license plate.
• Take pictures of the Nijada rental car and the other vehicle involved (if applies)
• Notify Nijada within 24 hours
• Complete an Incident Report

Failure to report may void optional coverage.

You must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Only the renter and any authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.

No. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited. A $250 restoration fee applies if evidence of smoking is found.

Pets require prior written approval.

• Cleaning fee starts at $175 if pet hair or odor is detected
• Service animals are permitted but cleaning fee will still be applied per rental agreement terms

Late returns may result in:

• Additional daily rental charges
• Late return fees
• Possible vehicle recovery actions

Yes, if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as pickup or more. Missing Fuel is charged market rate per gallon.

Yes. You are responsible for all tolls, parking tickets, citations, and violations incurred during the rental. Tolls will also have an additional $2.50 admin fee charge per toll transaction if you haven’t pre-paid the $15.00 Toll Administration Fee.

Optional coverage may be available. Otherwise, the renter is financially responsible for damage unless covered by personal insurance or purchased protection.

Some vehicles are equipped with GPS or telematics systems for safety, recovery, and contract enforcement.

We accept all major Credit Cards, Cash App, Paypal, Apply Pay and Klarna

Yes, a security deposit is required at the time of booking.

Your Security Deposit will be returned between 5-10 business days after your rental is returned and completed.

We offer both short-term, long-term, and rent-to-own rental options with various weekly and daily rates.

To rent vehicles from Nijada Rental Car, you will need:

• A valid US Driver’s License, with driver being at least 21 years old.
• Phone, Email and Address
• Personal Insurance, if you do not have insurance you will have to purchase the counter products we offer in addition to the rental cost.
• Pay a refundable security deposit and the cost of the rental
• The days you want to rent the vehicle

Yes, we do offer rental extensions. Reach out to Nijada before your rental is scheduled to be returned to request an extension.
